Family owned and operated since 2014. Carmine Aquino, owner/operator of South West Piling Inc. has gone to great lengths to pioneer helical piles and Engineered concrete foundation designs throughout Windsor-Essex County.

Moda Homes, a new division of South West Piling; was founded in early 2024 and based on the same principles. Carmine’s inception of building homes began in 2020 when he started to study the residential building industry and create a vision for the future.

In 2023, Carmine began his HCRA Licensing Application and also achieved his BCIN Licence for On Site Sewage Systems Designer/Installer.

Fast forward to July of 2024, Moda Homes officially received the HCRA Vendor/Builder Licence Certificate allowing the construction and sale of new warrantied homes under Tarion.

Our services include Design & Build of custom homes on homeowners land, renovations, home-additions and remodeling services. Long-standing member and board member of the Windsor Essex Home Builders’ Association dating back to 2015, Carmine takes great pride in serving clients with professionalism, transparency, and integrity.
