Helical piles for home additions are an excellent foundation option.
Postech Windsor works closely with our clients and 3’rd party engineering team to understand the needs of the client(s) and their project.
We can then determine a cost-efficient foundation design based on several factors including budgets, customer requests and site-specific requirements.
Since 2014 our focus has been customer service and professionalism while keeping safety top-of-mind. Our core service includes helical pile installations with our various sized mini-excavators. Our smallest excavator being able to fit through an opening as little as 39″ wide for restricted access areas.
When necessary we can excavate and prepare sites prior to our helical pile installations, which is very useful on many job sites.
Helical pile installations with a 4-ton and larger mini-excavators for larger capacity projects or when site preparation is required. Installations with engineered helical screw piles are faster than traditional foundations and are permit-approved.
We can install helical piles by Postech up to 8-5/8″ shaft diameter with various helix sizes and configurations.
We often support new homes with or without a full basement in poor soil conditions, commercial projects, home additions, pool houses, pergolas, additional dwelling units, tiny homes, garages, engineered concrete slab foundations, concrete pile caps , covered porches, and much more throughout Windsor and Essex County.
We also install piles for new home construction builds when sites encounter water in the excavation site and/or poor soil conditions which can be a risk to build on.
